2. The Service
CDM Creator helps you generate health & safety documentation for UK construction work — including RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), Construction Phase Plans (CPP), COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and permits to work — based on the project information, equipment and scope you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assemble documents from your inputs.
3. Founder offer and free RAMS
- The "founder" discount is available to a limited number of early sign-ups (the first 100) and is applied at the point of sign-up. We may end, extend or change the offer at any time.
- Each new sign-up may generate one (1) RAMS document free of charge, with no payment card required. Additional documents and features are subject to a paid subscription.
- We may withdraw or modify promotional offers where there is a genuine reason (for example abuse, error in pricing, or technical issues).
4. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for business and professional users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. You must not share your access in a way that breaches these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell or redistribute generated documents as a competing product, upload unlawful content, or use it in breach of applicable law.
6. Important — documents are tools, not legal advice
CDM Creator produces documents to help you meet your obligations, but it does not provide legal, professional or health & safety advice, and using it does not transfer or discharge your legal duties. You remain responsible, including under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and other applicable law, for ensuring that documents are accurate, complete, suitable for your specific site and works, and properly implemented. You must review, adapt and approve every document before relying on or issuing it. We do not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome or that documents will be accepted by any third party or authority.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service. Documents you generate from your own inputs may be used by you for your own construction projects; we retain rights in the underlying templates, models and technology.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans (for example from £29/month) are billed as described at sign-up or in the panel. Prices may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Statutory cancellation and refund rights, where they apply, are unaffected by these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will be fit for every purpose without your review.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from your failure to review or correctly use generated documents. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
